Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Greenpristine Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our residential or commercial cleaning services.
Description of Service
Greenpristine Services provides eco-friendly, non-toxic residential and commercial cleaning solutions. We use plant-based, biodegradable products to ensure a safe environment for families and workplaces alike. Specific service details are outlined in your individual service quote.
User Obligations
Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding the service location and any specific requirements. It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as defined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Greenpristine Services is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to surfaces. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered. No Guarantees and Allergies While Greenpristine Services aims to provide high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning, we do not guarantee specific results, such as complete removal of all stains, odors, or allergens. Our plant-based and non-toxic products are selected to be generally safe for homes and workplaces, but individual sensitivities and allergies may vary. It is your responsibility to inform us in advance of any known allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements so we can assess whether our services are suitable for your space.
